Twenty-one years ago, I made the pivotal decision to hang my license with Keller Williams—and it changed everything.
As a brand-new agent, I immersed myself in KW training, dove into The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and followed the models.
A few years later, I launched my own team with guidance from my Team Leader and fellow rainmakers. We opened AZ Value Builders in 2007—right as the market was shifting. Thankfully, Gary Keller’s book The Shift gave us a roadmap, and we pushed through the downturn.
In 2011, I was diagnosed with Conn’s syndrome, and my health was in serious jeopardy. My Market Center rallied around me and applied for KW Cares. I was blessed with a grant that allowed me to get life-saving surgery. My blood pressure returned to normal, and I’ve been medication-free ever since.
